From Mentorrrrrrrrrr......(bad habit of not leaving name)

Good job all for the hard work done during camp. Hope everyone learn something in the camp.
If you think u did a good job, dont think it that way....cos it means there is no room for improvement...


Vicky--for hard core campers, gotta identify their needs before you can actually lead them.. for ur case, i think they need a big brother.. so if u cannot be them, join them.Make them ur little subordinates. Controling them will be easier.

Fu zhong--didnt manage to talk to you and don really know wat challenges u face. but do try to get feedback from ur partner. Ask where u could have done better and whether if ur partner got pissed with u or not.

Ian-- good job for a first timer.but dont be complacent too. u will lag behind one day if u do.(read ah fu's comment too)

HangQi-- Didnt manage to see u in action often too. but can say that ur partner seem to be in the light more than u.Complacent this time?

Victor Tan and Evelyn-- Too serious towards campers i think.Next time try to be more friend with them.Leading them will be easier for kids if u are their friend rather than their GL. But of course, try to be their fren not by letting them have their way, but win them over thru interaction.How to do? Have to learn it thru experience... try it on ur friends first. hahaha...

Raymond--Nice work for a first time.first day ok. What i heard on 2nd day was that u let ur emotions do wat they want... i think is a show of temper and frustrations.Didnt really see it, but do keep emotions and temperament in control if it is true.nice breakthru for a quiet guy.

Wanling--ur looks has its disadvantagers.peep will not listen to you.but use that as a weapon against guy campers who dont listen to u.But using it too often will lose its effect.U did a good job too in keeping the campers in control without vicky.

Forrester--Didnt really got much complain from ur side,nice combi with meiyi.but do remember to take more initiative in the future.Learn to think and move on ur own.Will be very very very helpful for ur studies and work.Think before u act... then u can get less detention.

Ah Yu--dedicated photographer.. but try to take the shot and go off.Cos from my pro photographer friend...he said....be there when u are needed.. do not be there when u are not needed...and there is also videographer around. so try to complement each other. if video grapher move around, the clips will become shakey.

Try to apply wat u have learnt for the next camp.Will fight a GL role for some of you.

Did i miss out anyone?

Important notice.... To commend u all hard work and effort, and I am happy that everyone of u learn something or at least i hope...., my treat for mogallanians at marina south for steam boat on 10th June. LET's EAT UNTIL WE DROP.Yeah!!!!
