NICE NICE!

Hmmm there will be a full-moon meditation every month, it's not compulsory. Whoever is interested can tag the tagboard and we'll tell you about the details for it every month =D Full-Moon meditation is that we received the shine from the moon to let ourself to meditate better.

Meditation is learning to let go of things not trying to reach out to achieve somethings through meditation. Do remember to mediate for 10 minutes everyday =D


I had put up another column for our memories, our new members if you would like to see what we had done for the past few months since the blog was just up for like afew months? It's good to look back at the crazy things we had done like the outing that we had gone back to SBM to cook with whatever things that we can find and try everything that is cooked =D

May our deeds be filled with loving kindness and compassion
May all beings attain the State of Calmness,Peace, Prosperity and Happiness.
