Details for Retreat has been out

Time: 5.30pm
Venue: SBM

Important!
  • Dinner must be eaten before you go.
  • Throughout the whole Retreat, you must be wearing white T-shirt. (Except Sleeping)
  • No short pants allowed, only long pants & Three-quarter are allowed
  • Running shoe are to be brought for morning exercise.
  • Retreat will ends at 3pm.
  • Bring only $10 instead of the $20 which was listed there.

Things that were stated in the forms are to be brought too.

We pledge to cultivate kindenss, to keep right speech and to do good deeds
With the blessing of the Triple Gem,
May our wisdom grow for the betterment of our conduct and study.
May our deeds be filled with loving kindness and compassion
May all beings attain the State of Calmness,Peace, Prosperity and Happiness.
