A summary for what AngHwee had taught us yesterday.

1. Just keep in mind that you might die today
2. Your time is decreasing from the start
3. Your spiritual cultivation is not high yet


So, if you are not thinking that you might die today, you will continue taking your life for granted which resulted that when it just striked to you that you might die today, it cause horror. For those people who had very high spiritual cultivation, they just look as death lightly unlike those people who had otherwise. Keep in mind that we might die today. Maybe, if we walked out of the building, we might just get an accident or what so ever. We never know. So, do good from today onwards, gained more good merits and good karma so as to substain a better realm next life. :)

1000 years later, our bond would still remain unchanged; our heart will still beat as one..

We wholeheartedly take refuge in the Buddha and respect the Buddha as our teacher.
We wholeheartedly take refuge in the Dharma and pratice the Noble teaching
We whole heartedly take refuge in the Sangha and accept the guidance of the Sangha
We pledge to cultivate kindenss, to keep right speech and to do good deeds
With the blessing of the Triple Gem,
May our wisdom grow for the betterment of our conduct and study.
May our deeds be filled with loving kindness and compassion
May all beings attain the State of Calmness,Peace, Prosperity and Happiness.
